COVID-19 SENDING YOUR GOODS

We are still operating as normal (albeit with reduced staffing) but in this uncertain time we know you may need an alternative method to get your goods to us.

During this difficult time we are offering four options.

1. The government has mandated that Post Offices remain open during the lock down and the Royal Mail is still operating so if you wish you can still use our normal Freepost Tracked method and drop your package at any Post Office (just complete checkout as normal).
2. If you wish to use your own post or a work courier etc to get your package to us at the address below (making sure to include the Quote number) we will add £3 to your quote value (or £5 if over £50). Simply email us the order number with the method of dispatch and we will amend your quote.
3. If your order value is over £50 and at least 4 items we can arrange a courier to pick the package up from you. Simply email us the order number and pickup address and we will arrange the pickup [PRINTER REQUIRED].
4. Finally if you only have one or two items you can simply post them to us at the address below (making sure to include the Quote number). We will add £3 to your trade value. Simply email us the order number with the method of dispatch and we will amend your quote.
